Kanji Tattoo Check is an online kanji tattoo validation service. You submit your kanji (and optional intended meaning), and we return a structured assessment of how it may sound to native Japanese readers.

This service does not generate kanji for you.

Every entry in our knowledge base is reviewed and curated by a native Japanese speaker before publication. Assessments reflect cultural intuition and lived experience with the language.

Fees and payment methods are shown within the service. Plans include a 7-day KB access pass and optional custom analysis requests. Payments are processed via Stripe Checkout. We do not store your card number.

1. Refund Policy

We will provide refunds in the following cases:

• Technical issues prevented service delivery
• Duplicate charges due to payment errors
• Clear factual errors in provided information

For other cases, refunds are at our discretion. This is an information service—once insights are provided, the service is considered delivered.

2. Limitation of Liability

Refunds constitute our complete liability for any issues with the service. We do not provide compensation beyond refunds.

Except in cases of our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for:

• Indirect, special, or consequential damages
• Social reactions, embarrassment, or regret after getting a tattoo
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid for the service
