General policy

基本方針

This is a digital service (delivery of validation results). Refunds are generally not available after the 24-hour pass is activated or results are delivered.

当サービスはデジタル役務（検証結果の提供）です。原則として、24時間パスの有効化後または役務提供後の返金は行いません。

Exceptions

例外対応

If payment is completed but the service fails to provide a result due to a system error, we will review the case and address it.

決済は完了したものの、当サービスの不具合により結果が提供されなかった等のケースでは、個別に状況確認のうえ対応します。
