Once you access paid knowledge base entries (full cultural context and analysis) or receive custom analysis results, the service has been rendered and cannot be returned or exchanged like physical goods.

If you have purchased a 7-day access pass but have not yet accessed any knowledge base entries or submitted any custom requests, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Contact us at info@kanji-tattoo-check.com with your purchase details.

Once you have accessed knowledge base entries or received custom analysis results, refunds are generally not available. However, we will consider refunds in the following cases:

• System errors: Payment completed but access was not granted or results were not delivered due to technical failure
• Service defects: Knowledge base entries or custom analysis results contain significant errors that render them unusable (e.g., completely incorrect kanji assessment, missing critical sections)
• Duplicate charges: Unintended duplicate payment for the same service

Note: Disagreement with assessment content or cultural interpretation does not qualify for refund. Our service provides perspective-based cultural assessment, not absolute guarantees. See our Terms of Service for details on the nature of our service.

2. Provide your purchase details (date, transaction ID if available)
3. Explain the reason for your refund request

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
